We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our workshop. If you're organized, enjoy multitasking, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Do
Coordinate daily workflow and administrative operations in the workshop
Prepare quotations, invoices, and payment vouchers
Handle purchasing activities and liaise with suppliers
Perform data entry, filing, and record management
Assist with bookkeeping and administrative documentation
Attend to customer enquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins
Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth business operations
What We're Looking For
️ Minimum 1 year of relevant administrative experience preferred
️ Accounting or bookkeeping knowledge is an advantage
️ Customer service-oriented with good communication skills
️ Strong administrative and organizational skills
️ Able to multitask and work independently
️ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
️ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
️ Able to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin to support and attend to Mandarin-speaking customers
