Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for headquarter and retail operations both locally and globally.
Collaborate with retail operations to tailor strategies for different roles and geographies.
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders (hiring managers, agencies, etc.) to fulfill talent needs.
Assist in talent mapping by identifying potential candidates for key roles and maintaining records of high-potential talent in a centralized database.
Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Support and manage on the recruitment marketing campaigns for job openings across various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media, professional network, campaign marketing, etc).
Attend career fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to promote the company, engage with potential candidates, and be company’s ambassador.
Ensure timely and accurate updates to regular data reporting and trackers to maintain reliability and support informed decision-making.
Perform any other assigned duties and responsibilities assigned by superior from time-to-time.
