This year, we are on a mission to impact over 2,000 entrepreneurs across Malaysia, and we are looking for a creative and passionate Content Marketing Executive (TikTok & Social Media) to join our growing team.

This role is perfect for someone who loves creating content, studying social media trends, producing videos, and helping businesses grow through strategic content marketing.

More importantly, this role offers a unique opportunity to learn directly from business coaches and gradually develop skills in client consultation, training, and coaching.

Here Are The Responsibilities:Content Creation & Social Media

• Plan, create, and manage content for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
• Develop content strategies that generate engagement, trust, and leads.
• Create short-form videos, TikTok content, reels, and educational content.
• Write captions, hooks, headlines, and marketing copy.
• Assist in scripting videos for coaches, trainers, and clients.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends and viral content formats.
• Capture content during seminars, workshops, coaching sessions, and events.
• Edit videos using CapCut or similar software.
• Design simple marketing creatives using Canva.
• Analyze content performance and suggest improvements.

Client Support & Coaching Development

• Attend coaching sessions and business consulting sessions.
• Assist clients in implementing content marketing strategies.
• Support trainers and coaches during workshops and training programs.
• Learn how to conduct strategy discussions and content reviews with clients.
• Gradually develop consultation and coaching skills through mentorship and hands-on experience.

Desired Skills & Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in content creation, social media marketing, or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and short-form video content.
• Experience using CapCut, Canva, or similar content creation tools.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Creative thinker with a good understanding of audience behaviour and social media trends.
• Basic photography and videography skills are an added advantage.
• Comfortable appearing on camera is an added advantage.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
