We're looking for an experienced senior technician . This is not an entry-level role — it's for someone who already knows continental cars, especially BMW and is ready to take ownership of complex work.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead major repair, servicing, and diagnostic work on BMW & MINI vehicles
• Handle more complex mechanical and electronic repairs that junior techs can't resolve
• Diagnose accurately the first time and explain findings clearly to the Service Advisor when needed
• Document work thoroughly in our system
• Mentor junior technicians on workmanship, job procedures, and shop discipline
• Maintain workshop standards, tools, and equipment to a professional level
• Work alongside our lead diagnostic technician on more advanced cases

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum 5 years experience as an automotive technician (BMW/MINI experience strongly preferred; experience at a BMW Authorised Service Centre is a significant advantage)
• SKM 3 in Automotive or higher; equivalent qualifications considered with proven track record
• Strong diagnostic ability — confident with scan tools, electrical systems, and structured fault-finding
• Track record of consistent productivity in a previous workshop (we will ask for references)
• Great attitude, honest in your work and communication
• Stable employment history (No more than 2 companies in the past 3 years)
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work as part of a senior team
• Can read and write reports in English or Bahasa Malaysia (We may request a sample report)
• Based in or willing to commute to Cyberjaya
