We are looking for a responsible and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations, ensure efficiency, and maintain quality standards. The ideal candidate will lead production teams, monitor workflow, and ensure smooth manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production activities and workers
• Ensure production targets and deadlines are met
• Plan manpower, materials, and machine usage efficiently
• Monitor product quality and ensure SOP compliance
• Maintain workplace safety and enforce safety regulations
• Prepare daily/weekly production reports
• Coordinate with QC, maintenance, and other departments
• Handle worker discipline, attendance, and performance
• Identify and resolve production issues quickly
• Train and guide production staff
• Reduce waste and improve productivity

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (preferred)
• Experience in production/manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of safety standards and production processes
• Basic computer skills (Excel/reporting)
