HR Executive (Recruitment) is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for management, non-management, and contract / temporary workforce, ensuring timely hiring of suitable talents in alignment with organizational manpower planning, business needs, and labor regulations.
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Execute end-to-end recruitment processes for Management, Non-management / operational roles and outsourced workers
- Work closely with department heads to understand manpower requirements, job scope, and hiring timelines.
- Prepare and update job descriptions, job specifications, and recruitment plans.
2. Sourcing & Screening
- Source candidates through multiple channels which are job portals, social media platforms, recruitment agencies, walk in, referrals, and job fairs
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ suitability based on experience, competency and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
3. Contract, Billing & Offer Management
- Prepare hiring proposal, offer letters, employment contracts, and contract worker agreements.
- Manage recruitment documentation, including candidate records, interview evaluations, and selection justifications.
- Liaise with recruitment agencies and manpower suppliers on conditions, pricing, and compliance.
- Verify monthly contract worker billing and any invoices related to recruitment.
4. Onboarding & Placement
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires: Employment verification, medical checkups, bank account opening and induction programs
- Ensure all onboarding documents are completed accurately and on time.
5. Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies, Malaysian labor laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and generate recruitment reports such as hiring status, turnover time, manpower statistics, contract workforce tracking & billing
- Upkeeping policies related to recruitment and ensuring compliance across all plants.
6. Continuous Improvement & HR Support
- Support HR initiatives such as employer branding, recruitment process improvements, HR audits and documentation
- Assist with other HR operational tasks when required.
Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
