• To design and implement SMT processes, equipment, and systems to meet production goals .
• To manage the surface mount technology process, including the programming, operation, and maintenance of SMT equipment.
• To work with other members of the SMT production team to ensure that SMT processes are optimized and meet production goals.
• To train and mentor technicians to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
• To ensure that the SMT process is carried out accurately and efficiently, producing high-quality electronic products, contributing to the overall success of the production process.
• To involve in new model trial run activity for process related matters, e.g., SMT assembly process, all machine programming, cycle time, line balancing and AOI inspection process.
• To prepare standard operating procedure (SOP), process change instruction, flow charts and other related document related to process engineering.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
