全职 Service Crew (Main Place) Jobs, salary up to MYR 2,300 in Komugi (Multiple Reward Sdn Bhd) Subang Jaya - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities:

• To provide excellent, efficient and consistent level of service to customer, such as courteous greetings to customer, presenting menu, up selling, recommending orders and taking customer’s order.
• Required to attend and respond to customers’ needs/enquiries promptly and professionally.
• To follow and abide to the company’s Standard Operating Procedures.
• Master product knowledge of all SKU.
• To perform general housekeeping and cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, cleaning glasses, furniture & fittings, laying of tables etc.
• Maintain high personal appearance/grooming, hygiene standards, tidiness and cleanliness in the outlet.
• Maintain good communication & working relationships with colleagues for achieving teamwork
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by person(s) nominated by The Company

Requirements:

• Possess minimum SPM & above qualification.
• Able to work shift hours.
• Have passion in the bakery / F&B retail industry.

• Good communication skills.
• Great aptitude to work in a fast-paced, food service environment.
• Good ability to multitask.
• Dedicated team player.
• Flexible schedule capability.
• Fluent in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
