1. Quality Inspection & Testing

• Execute thorough inspections of all raw materials and WIPs received from sub-contractors to ensure compliance with purchase orders and specifications.

• Conduct specialized testing on recycled materials to determine suitability for production.

• Verify and process the return of goods (ROG) for any identified defects, ensuring clear communication with the production team.

• Take full ownership of the calibration schedule for all measurement tools and equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.

2. Reporting & Data Management

• Perform daily data entry into the company’s system with high accuracy.

• Prepare and consolidate weekly and monthly quality reports for management review.

• Establish and maintain an organized physical and digital filing system for all quality-related records.

3. ISO Compliance & Support

• Standards Maintenance: Maintain documentation requirements in accordance with ISO 9001 standards to always ensure audit readiness.

• Managerial Support: Provide administrative and operational assistance to the QC Manager on daily tasks and special case-by-case assignments.

• General Duties: Flexibility to undertake additional duties as assigned by the immediate superior to support the department's goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
