Responsibilities
1. Introduction to company, policies, and procedures.
2. Training on office systems (filing, email, accounting software basics).
3. Assist with simple admin tasks: filing, data entry, document sorting.
4. Shadow finance team to understand workflow.
5. Handle office correspondence (calls, emails, letters).
6. Update and maintain records (employee files, invoices, receipts).
7. Support petty cash record-keeping.
8. Simple data entry for accounts payable/receivable.
9. Assist in preparing expense claims.
10. Help in bank reconciliation exercises.
11 Support monthly finance reporting preparation.
12. Update supplier/customer databases.
13. Prepare simple financial summaries (under supervision).
14. Assist in invoice verification and processing.
15. Review expense claims and check supporting documents.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: RM600.00 per month
