The Team Head will report to the Head of Production Point
Requires good technical knowledge in Red Hat Linux and operational expertise in leading teams within technical environments
Facilitates knowledge transfer from the customer to the company to ensure seamless integration and operational excellence
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing teams with over 12 members, preferably in a technical environment
Proven expertise in people leadership, including talent development, employee growth, and conflict resolution
Strong ability to inspire teams and drive them to deliver exceptional performance.
Demonstrates strong disciplinary leadership and flexibility to contribute across teams, projects, and customer meetings when required

Key Activities:
Ensure compliance with Commerzbank’s Code of Conduct and security standards while maintaining stable operations
Manage and guide staff: supervise, evaluate performance, provide feedback, and make employment-related decisions while fostering professional development
Ensure KPIs/SLA compliance and timely delivery of reports to management and the retaining organization
Promote a team-oriented, cooperative environment through clear task allocation, delegation, and goal-oriented communication
Participate in cross-functional teams to deliver products, services, processes, and systems efficiently
Conduct analysis and concept development based on market, trend, and competitive research
Troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize performance while managing disaster recovery and security planning
Continuously suggest improvements for efficient engineering and process optimization.
Provide customer consulting and support for responsible services
Ensure compliance with regulatory, reporting, and audit requirements using best practices.
Maintain and operate the infrastructure, including data management, reporting, and authorization tasks
Offer on-call support and effective communication with internal customers
Formal Education:
University/University of Applied Sciences or equivalent professional experience
At least 5 years of professional experience
Experience in IT operations; has own responsibility for systems and/or complex processes
Key Requirements:
Plan and deploy RHEL application servers in production environments based on defined processes
Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for the responsible IT systems
Analyze and resolve incidents and problems (e.g., cancellations, vulnerabilities).
Implement changes and releases in the responsible areas
Technical support of production operations
Advanced Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) knowledge at RHCA level
OS basis monitoring and troubleshooting
General cloud technology knowledge (RHEL on one of the cloud Azure or GCP, Google Bare Metal Solution)
Good experience in ansible automation
Optional Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory):
VMware virtualization knowledge.
Programming and scripting skills for automation purposes (e.g., Python, Git, CI/CD tools like Jenkins or TeamCity)
Familiarity with Red Hat Satellite API, Azure, GCP, VMware APIs, or similar
Automation tools experience (e.g., SALT, Puppet)
Knowledge of security topics such as SIEM, security patching, PAM, and MS Defender for Endpoint Linux tasks
