Job Purpose:

• The Capacity Developer has an analytical and design orientation and acts in the role of the cell member.
• He has a creative, agile and digital mindset that he always adapts to the current needs with the appropriate development options.
• The developer is used where his knowledge and experience is required.

Key Activities:

• Develop capacity management reports and tools based on BIRT (Business and Intelligence Reporting Tool)
• Ensure the functionality of the capacity management applications and reports developed in-house
• Customer advice on the use of self-developed capacity management applications and reports
• Effective teamwork and communication with internal customers

Education:

• University/University of Applied Sciences or equivalent professional experience
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the development of reports and applications
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the (software) consulting of customers

Knowledge and Skills Requirement:

• Knowledge of the capacity management process
• Knowledge of the development and documentation processes in the bank
• Very good knowledge of the development and documentation of tools and reports
• Very good knowledge in the development of BIRT reports (must have)
• Very good knowledge of Java, Python, API programming, SQL
• Very good knowledge of using Confluence, JIRA, Gidhub, Eclipse
