Responsibilities:
- Learner management, including assist in registration, scheduling, communication and handling queries
- Vendor management, including sourcing, coordinating
- Learning logistics management, including:
- set-up training room/facilities
- monitor and report on absentees
- provide support to instructors on logistic matters
- arrange printing of training materials
- Virtual session production, including:
- set-up virtual training room
- monitor and report on absentees
- provide support to instructors on logistic matters
- Post course administration, including:
- compiling and analyzing evaluation results
- learning compliance check
- arrange for make-up session
- Conference / event support, including providing on-site support during external training events
- Any other duties assigned
Requirements:
- Background in Business or Human Resource
