About The Job

  • Work closely with engineering, technical, and project teams to ensure successful implementation and service delivery.
  • Manage customer relationships, contract renewals, escalations, and after-sales technical support coordination.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for technical services, maintenance support, and managed service offerings.

Skills And Experience Required

  • At least 10 - 15 years of experience in infrastructure solutions, or managed services in an IT solution provider environment
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, servers, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, hardware, and software support services.
  • Experience handling government, enterprise, or GLC accounts is an added advantage.
