We are looking for freelance Accountant to handle Director's personal and sole pro account billing. Transaction is low ( 1 page ) + admintrative works.
Fully WFH but prefer full-time freelancer ( without day job) who can handle the task during working hour Monday to Friday , 930-6pm
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain basic accounting records, organize invoices, receipts, and financial documents.
- Upload online bills and scan physical receipts to maintain proper documentation.
- Prepare financial documents for tax submission and liaise with tax agents or accountants when necessary.
- Prepare client quotations using the provided format.
- Assist with project administration including purchase orders (PO), claims, and contract confirmations with designers or workers.
- Coordinate with property management, tenants, agents, or authorities when required.
- Liaise with company secretary, tax agents, auditors, or related parties on administrative matters.
- Support project coordination and ensure smooth communication with suppliers and contractors.
- Assist with business proposals, reports, and basic marketing coordination (such as website updates and project showcases).
- Perform general administrative duties including document filing, arranging deliveries, and occasional booking arrangements.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, or related field.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
- Full set accounting knowledge is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
