Position: Civil Construction Engineer

Salary Package: RM3,500 - RM4,000

Working Location: Masai, Johor

Company Background: Engineering Company

Working Days & Hours: Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm) + Saturday (8:30am - 12:30pm)

Job Descriptions:

• Assist in planning construction activities according to project schedules and technical requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved within the stipulated timeline.
• Participate in site meetings, technical discussions, and project coordination meetings.
• Prepare work programs, manpower planning, and construction sequencing.
• Supervise daily site construction activities to ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and safety requirements.
• Resolve site coordination issues and provide technical guidance to site personnel.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks on materials and workmanship.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• In charge of documentation & reporting
• Monitor usage of manpower, materials, machinery, and equipment on site.

Job Requirements:

• Must graduate from Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Strong knowledge of site construction methods, earthworks, concrete, utilities, surveying, and temporary works.
• Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read drawings and use basic surveying instruments.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email); familiarity with project management or reporting tools is a plus.
• Able to work on-site in varying weather
• Valid driver’s license is required

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
