Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Production Engineer role located in Ipoh. The Production Engineer will be responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring manufacturing processes achieve quality and efficiency standards. Key responsibilities include production planning, supervising workflows, implementing quality control measures, and analyzing data to identify areas for process improvement. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet production goals is also an integral part of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Production Engineering and Production Planning
• Strong Analytical Skills for troubleshooting and process optimization
• Experience in Quality Control to ensure high standards of product output
• Excellent Communication skills for coordinating with teams and reporting to management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced on-site manufacturing environment
• Relevant educational background in production, engineering, or related fields
• Experience in the steel, fabrication, or telecommunication industries is a plus
