RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle incoming calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and walk-in inquiries from patients in a professional and courteous manner.
• Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments accurately and efficiently.
• Register patients and maintain accurate patient records, documentation, and data entry in the system.
• Perform general administrative and clerical duties, including filing, scanning, document preparation, and record management.
• Process insurance guarantee letters, medical claims documentation, and liaise with insurance providers when required.
• Assist in managing patient correspondence, reports, and other administrative documents.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and comply with company policies and procedures.
• Work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
• Support daily operational and administrative activities as assigned by Management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience in customer service, patient services, hospitality, retail, or call centre environments will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English, proficiency in Mandarin will be added as an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
