Role Description

• Assist in creating content for various digital platforms, including short-form videos,

advertisements, visuals, blog posts, copywriting, and promotional emails under the

guidance of the supervisor.

• Develop and produce dynamic visual and animated video content tailored for social

media and advertising platforms.

• Support the management of AWANA’s social media channels, including content

ideation, planning, creation, video editing, scheduling posts, and performance analysis.

• Capture and highlight key events, activities, and initiatives through compelling photos

and video narratives during on-site events, in event spaces, or within the office.

• Conduct interviews and create feature stories that showcase the experiences of clients,

participants, or stakeholders.

• Conduct research on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities,

compiling and analyzing data to support marketing insights and help shape future

marketing strategies.

• Foundational interest or experience in event/marketing planning, coordination, or arts and cultural projects.
• Basic familiarity with digital marketing concepts, including social media, online promotion, or content creation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin; additional language ability is an advantage.
• Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Comfort with remote collaboration tools (e.g., email, messaging platforms, video conferencing, shared documents).
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn new tools and workflows.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a distributed team.
• Background in marketing, communications, event management, arts administration, or related fields is a plus (students and recent graduates are welcome).
