Service Engineer (Elevators & Escalators)
Location: Kaki Bukit (Office) + Customer Sites (Islandwide)
Employment Type: Full‑Time / Permanent
Working Hours: Mon–Fri, Office Hours
Salary: $3,800 – $4,400/month (depending on experience)
Job Description
We are looking for a hands‑on Service Engineer to manage daily lift and escalator service operations. You will work with teams to keep equipment running safely, reduce breakdowns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Service Operations – Supervise maintenance and repair of lifts and escalators.
Breakdown Prevention – Monitor units, reduce call‑backs, and solve problems quickly.
Customer Support – Handle complaints, do site checks, and ensure service quality.
Safety & Compliance – Follow company safety and quality standards.
Team Leadership – Guide and motivate service staff.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.
Minimum 3 years' experience in lift/escalator industry preferred.
Strong technical knowledge of lift/escalator systems.
Good communication skills, customer‑oriented.
Able to lead a team and solve problems independently.
Access to own a motorbike for work-related travel
