Customer Service Representative

Become the voice of support — helping customers with billing, inquiries, smart meters, reconnections, and more!

Work Location:

• Jalan Timur, Petaling Jaya

Working Hours:

• Mon–Fri: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Rotational: 8am–5pm, 9am–6pm, 10am–7pm)
• Weekends/Public Holidays: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 5 working days + 2 off days (Rotational)

Education Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree

Basic Salary: RM2,200 – RM2,400

RNR Allowance: Extra RM200/month

Full Training Provided – No experience? No worries!
