岗位职责

Sales

  • Solicit and promote sales of PF and PF-i products.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall group performance targets.
  • Prepare and proactively execute sales plans for prospective customers using internal marketing support and self-generated leads.
  • Cross-sell other retail banking products such as ASB, credit cards, and related offerings.

Customer Service

  • Deliver a high standard of customer experience in line with the Bank’s service quality standards.

Compliance

  • Adhere strictly to the Bank’s policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Safeguard and uphold the image and brand reputation of the Bank.

Operations

  • Ensure the physical sales centre or sales hub is well maintained in accordance with the Bank’s quality and operational standards.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any field (minimum CGPA 2.8).
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales (banking sales experience preferred).
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, self-initiated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable engaging with customers, passionate about sales, and accountable for delivering results.
  • Strong selling, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrates initiative, perseverance, and passion in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Ability to relate to and connect with the local community.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills (local dialect proficiency is an advantage).
  • Basic understanding of sales operations and banking products.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
