Core Job Responsibilities:

1. Operational Auditing & Monitoring

• CCTV Surveillance: Review and monitor CCTV footage at sorting hubs and gateways to ensure warehouse staff follow unloading, sorting, and loading procedures properly.
• Site Inspections: Conduct physical audits at regional branches and outlets to ensure strict compliance with company SOPs.
• Behavior Tracking: Identify and report any operational non-compliance or abnormal practices on the warehouse floor.

2. Data Reporting & Performance Analysis

• KPI Management: Track critical quality metrics such as delivery timeliness, success rates, damage percentages, and complaint rates.
• Data Verification: Cross-check and verify daily operational and system data to ensure accurate parcel lifecycle tracking.
• Incident Reports: Document quality violations, create detailed inspection reports, and escalate recurrent issues to management.

3. Problem Resolution & Parcel Investigation

• Anomaly Investigation: Investigate major operational errors such as missing packages, system misrouting, delays, and broken items.
• Action Plans: Develop corrective and preventive actions alongside warehouse and operations teams to prevent repeated mistakes.
• Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with Customer Service and Logistics operations to resolve ongoing customer claims and high-priority problematic cases.
