JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Source and negotiate with suppliers and vendors for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, term, deliveries and services with suppliers and constantly develop new suppliers and vendors to get variety of choices and market information.
- Responsible to place order of materials base on the established purchasing guideline, ensure materials to be delivered on time by suppliers
- Responsible for the procurement of materials for the assigned project and to ensure smooth running of the deliveries and orders
- To source for competitive quotations and prepare costs comparison of material pricing
- To verify invoices against purchase orders and delivery orders
- Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing for all purchasing activities in the system
- Perform any other related tasks as assigned by immediate superior.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Purchasing/ Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the Construction Field will be an added advantage.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam
- Preferably Junior specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
- Familiar with SQL server and administrative tasks.
- Possess good communications, negotiation skills and positive attitude for problem solving.
- Pro-active and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Working Hour:- Monday to Friday : 9.00am - 5.30pm , Saturday (alternate) : 9.00am - 1.00pm
