Key Responsibilities:

Web Development & Optimisation

• Assist in updating and optimising websites and landing pages for marketing campaigns and SEO performance
• Support basic HTML and CSS updates when required
• Monitor website performance, identify bugs, and troubleshoot technical issues
• Conduct cross-device, browser, and platform testing to ensure optimal functionality

Automation & Technical Support

• Assist in building simple automations using tools such as Google Sheets, Notion, and basic scripting
• Support QA checks, reporting processes, and workflow improvements
• Handle basic client technical inquiries and follow up on issue resolution

Content & UX Support

• Assist in improving landing page layout, structure, and call-to-action effectiveness
• Support AIGC content creation (ad copy, hooks, landing page drafts, and content outlines)
• Learn and apply AI tools for SEO, paid advertising, and reporting workflows

Documentation & System Management

• Maintain accurate, organised, and secure digital records
• Ensure proper documentation of tasks, updates, and internal processes

Knowledge & Skill Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or general web development concepts
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English (written and spoken)
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and enjoys problem-solving
• Proactive, willing to learn, and not afraid to ask questions
• Able to commit to the full internship duration
