Position Summary
We are looking for an Admin Intern to support the team in documentation and administrative tasks, mainly related to tender and budget preparation. This internship is suitable for students who are detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn in a fast-paced working environment. Candidates who are able to start in July will be an added advantage.
Location
Putra Heights, Selangor (near LRT station)
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and compiling tender-related documents
- Support budget documentation, filing, and data entry
- Organize and maintain proper documentation and records
- Assist in tracking submission deadlines and required documents
- Coordinate with internal departments for document collection
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties
- Ensure documents are properly updated and filed
- Support ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Responsible and willing to learn
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines
- Candidates who can start internship in July are preferred
