- Build and maintain client relationships in both on-trade and off-trade sectors.
- Conduct product presentations, tastings, and demonstrations.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and lead generation.
- Manage the sales process from order placement to delivery, ensuring accurate processing and timely shipment.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients and distributors.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to develop sales strategies.
- Plan and schedule sales visits, meetings, and events to achieve targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
- Prepare sales reports and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
- SPM with at least 1 years of work experience in sales, preferably within the FMCG sector, including the wine/alcohol industry.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion abilities are essential.
- Basic math and computer skills are necessary.
- Good organization and time management skills are crucial.
- A result-oriented team player with a positive attitude.
