岗位职责

IT Project Manager With The Following Key Responsibilities

Lead and direct project team to ensure successful implementation of project on time and within the agreed scope and budget.
Lead and direct projects classified as standard to medium.
Engage with the Business users and the technical team members directly and manage all aspects of the project.
Track project financial
Manage vendors and external parties to ensure smooth implementation of program activities.
Develop and manage scope, quality, costs and schedules.
Oversee to ensure quality of deliverables
Ensure timely delivery of milestones, deliverables and benefits per plan
Identify risk and manage mitigation measures.
Ensure timely escalation of project risks, issues & change requests for guidance and decision where necessary.
Ensure proper facilities and resources are available within the project.
Monitor progress and provide guidance to project team member where necessary
Resolve escalated issues in a timely manner.
Communicate project progress and statuses to Management & project team on a regular and timely basis
Ensure compliance to all processes, audit and risk matters in the execution of IT Projects.
Manage the monthly reporting and status updates, as and when needed to Group Project Management
