Job Description:
Dynamic Security Sdn. Bhd. is looking for a responsible and hardworking Admin Clerk to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily administrative work
- Send company introduction emails to potential clients
- Follow up on emails and inquiries
- Prepare quotations, company profiles, and related documents
- Assist with tender and marketing-related tasks
- Maintain proper filing and documentation
- Perform other admin duties assigned by management
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Responsible, organized, and willing to learn
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Experience in admin work is an advantage
