Responsibilities
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Location:
Bukit Raja, Klang, Malaysia.
Job responsibilities:
Prepare necessary documents promptly and accurately based on instructions
from Management.
Collaborate closely with forwarding agents to arrange courier services following JK69 approval.
Assist in recording the in & out of AP, need to monitor closely with the respective person in charge of the original AP.
Conduct inspections of bonded cars weekly to ensure the K8 documents are securely maintained and readily available.
Handle invoicing processes from suppliers, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
Job requirements:
Minimum Qualification: SPM or equivalent. A Diploma in Business, Management, or a related discipline is an added advantage.
Experience: 1–2 years of relevant working experience preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
High attention to detail and accuracy in tasks
Strong emotional intelligence with a professional attitude
