Responsibilities

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to oversee our daily e-commerce operations, online sales activities, customer experience, and order fulfillment coordination.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both operations and marketing, and is passionate about ensuring customers receive a seamless experience from order placement to delivery. You will work closely with our sales, production, and marketing teams to drive online sales growth while ensuring smooth operational execution.

Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Operations & Order Fulfillment
  • Coordinate and monitor daily e-commerce order processing and fulfillment activities.

  • Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and within committed timelines.

  • Work closely with internal teams to minimize delays and resolve operational issues.

  • Escalate and follow up on fulfillment or production-related concerns.

  • Monitor order status and ensure smooth coordination between departments.

E-Commerce Sales & Platform Management
  • Manage product listings, pricing updates, and platform maintenance.

  • Plan and execute online campaigns, promotions, and marketplace activities.

  • Monitor product performance and identify opportunities to improve sales.

  • Support the achievement of e-commerce sales targets.

Customer Service Management
  • Handle customer enquiries across e-commerce platforms and communication channels.

  • Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Lead & Enquiry Management
  • Oversee responses to Meta Ads and inbound customer enquiries.

  • Ensure leads and enquiries are attended to accurately and within required response times.

  • Monitor follow-up effectiveness and customer engagement.

Reporting & Performance Monitoring
  • Prepare and maintain operational and sales reports.

  • Monitor key performance indicators including:

    • On-Time Delivery

    • Cancelled Orders

    • Product Rejects/Defects

    • E-Commerce Sales Performance

Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or related fields.

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce, customer service, digital marketing, or related roles.

  • Familiarity with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms.

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.

  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
