About the role

ACA Pacific Technology (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a full-time Admin (Order Processing) to join our team in Kelana Jaya, Selangor. In this role, you will be responsible for processing customer orders and supporting the sales team to ensure efficient order fulfilment.

What you'll be doing

• Manage hardware order fulfilment processes.

• Verify and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.

• Coordinate with vendors and manage purchase orders.

• Coordinate logistics and shipment arrangements.

• Support inventory coordination activities.

• Handle billing, costing coordination, and related inquiries.

• Coordinate with the Finance department on operational matters.

• Prepare and maintain documentation and e-filing records.

• Provide backup support for software order fulfilment activities when needed.

• Assist with other administrative tasks as required to support the sales and operations functions

What we're looking for

• At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar customer service or order processing role

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• Knowledge of the IT/technology industry would be an advantage
