Responsibilities
Working Location : Shah Alam
Job Scope
Provide first-level support for system-related requests and incidents.
Perform initial troubleshooting to resolve issues quickly.
Act as the main contact for clients, gathering information and providing updates.
Maintain clear, professional, and proactive communication with customers.
Track and monitor reported issues to ensure proper follow-up and closure.
Escalate unresolved or complex issues to our Level 2 support team.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service operations.
Document actions, resolutions, and improvement suggestions for ongoing learning.
Job Requirement
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Business & IT.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Must be willing to work in Shah Alam & KL Sentral.
Basic understanding of IT systems, business operations, and customer service practices.
Need to deal with the management and support team from China, speaking and writing in Mandarin in Mandarin.
