岗位职责
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our Company. The ideal candidate will help manage financial operations, maintain accurate records, support billing and invoicing, and work with internal teams to ensure smooth financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
Handle full set or partial accounts ( AR, AP, Invoicing and Payments )
Prepare daily payment vouchers, invoices, receipts and official documents.
Record daily transaction and maintain proper accounting records.
Perform monthly reconciliation and basic financial reports.
Prepare monthly report to Director
Use AutoCount system for accounting and reporting.
Follow up customer outstanding payments and insurance claim collections.
Maintain proper filling and accounting documentation.
Monitor workshop operational expenses and spare parts purchases.
Liaise with suppliers, customers, auditors, tax agents, bank and internal staff on account matters.
Support management in day to day accounting and admin task.
Prepare monthly closing and reporting submit direct to Director.
Manage all e-invoice and submit to LHDN
Perform others task assign by Director.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Accounting and Finance or related field.
Minimum 3 years experience in accounting role ( Experience in Automotive or insurance claim industry is an advanta )
Must know and able to use AutoCount System
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Accounting Principles
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Detail-oriented with strong problem solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in automotive panel workshop or insurance claim industry is ad advantage.
Can be work 5.5 days a week
Working location at Ampang Taman Cahaya
