Job Responsibilities
Maintain and organize records (compliance, ISO, reports).
Track staff attendance, rosters, and schedules.
Support basic accounting tasks (invoices, expenses, payments).
Process and verify overtime (OT) submissions.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports for management review.
Coordinate with operations and internal departments.
Assist with audits and ensure proper documentation.
Manage inventory and procurement of PPE, uniforms, and office supplies.
Provide administrative support (meetings, minutes, documentation).
Handle filing, data entry, and general correspondence.
Support communication with HR, Finance, and Procurement.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in administrative or operational support roles, preferably in an industrial or waste management environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and reporting tools.
Ability to manage data, records, and documentation efficiently.
Familiarity with compliance standards and ISO documentation is an advantage.
Knowledge of ISO standards and compliance practices is an advantage.
Knowledge of administrative and compliance practices in industrial operations.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and urgent tasks.
