About the job

Own end-to-end TikTok content execution to double Montigo's followers + views growth, while turning the channel into a community hub with a loyal fanbase.

Key responsibilities:

1. Content production & posting

Plan, film, edit, and publish at least 45 TikToks/month.

Ensure every video is fully owned end-to-end: concept → shoot → edit → caption → upload.

2. Performance-driven content

Double down on what works: turn last month's top performers into sequels/remixes/new angles consistently.

Introduce fresh experiments monthly: new hooks/formats/ideas Montigo hasn't posted before.

3. Views target ownership

Hit or exceed assigned account's monthly views KPI (minimum floor example: 1.2M/month, adjusted based on account health/size).

5. Community & engagement

Post at least 1 community-style piece/week (e.g., questions, pick 1 or 2, replies, duets/stitches, challenges).

Actively respond to comments + DMs on key posts to drive repeat viewers and loyalty.

6. Monthly review & iteration

Run a simple monthly self-review:

Identify top 5 posts and why they worked (hook/topic/format/caption).

Identify failed experiments and decide fix vs kill.

Present insights in a short monthly check-in with the Content Lead, then update next month's plan (repeat winner formats + new ideas).

7. Collaboration

Work closely with Content Ops on monthly content posting plans based on their calendar strategy/planning.

Align with brand direction and campaign moments, but move fast and execute independently.

Requirements:

Fluent in BM

Proven ability to create TikTok content end-to-end (concepting, filming, editing, posting).

Strong TikTok instincts: hooks, pacing, retention, trend interpretation (not trend-chasing blindly).

Proven experience in working with targets: posting volume + views KPI + engagement actions.

Able to analyze performance and iterate: explain why a post worked and how to replicate it.

Strong communication + responsiveness (community management: comments/DMs).

Reliable, fast turnaround, and consistent output across the month (not last-minute batching only).

Experienced in lifestyle/consumer brand content (especially drinkware, gifting, daily carry, travel).

Charismatic on-camera presence OR directing UGC-style shots (even if creator isn't always the face).

Basic motion graphics/subtitles, strong caption writing, and storyboarding.

Familiar with creator collaboration workflows (briefing micro-creators, stitching/duets strategy).
