Job Description:

• Provide supports and guidance to TC companies for planning, implementing and monitoring EHS objectives, targets and programmes and coordinate the EHS committee meetings, emergency preparedness, safety induction, contractor safety briefing, safety relevant training.

• Coordinate and follow up on EHS related issues highlighted by management, authorities and employees.

• Conduct investigations of EHS incidents, produce reports with chronology, causes, corrective and preventive actions.

• Conduct inspections/audits to the branches to identify and evaluate existing workplace hazards and non-compliances, manage and support improvement programmes.

• Monitor EHS performance and update management on EHS reports.

• Assist in completing necessary documentation and applications, ensuring EHS records are properly documented.

Requirements:

• Conversant with legislation, rules and regulations related to EHS, e.g. OSHA, Factories & Machinery Act and Environmental Quality Act.

• Good PC skills - Word, Excel and Powerpoint.

• Good command over written and spoken English.

• Good communication as he/she able to communicate effectively at all levels in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Good interpersonal skills.

• Self-initiated and able to work independently.

• Hardworking & with excellent teamwork ability.

• At least three (3) years work experience in relate discipline is required.

• Able to work in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
