As Finance, Manager you will lead the full spectrum of finance operations while shaping business decisions through data, insights, and strategy. You will oversee HQ accounts and manage a team of 16, ensuring strong financial governance and performance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage full set of accounts for HQ and overall finance operations

• Partner closely with CEO and stakeholders on financial strategy and business decisions

• Drive cost structure optimization, margin improvement & store productivity

• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting & performance analysis

• Provide actionable insights to improve operational and financial efficiency

• Strengthen internal controls, compliance, and financial processes

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team

• Work cross-functionally with operations, retail, and management teams

Job Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of finance experience*, preferably in retail / FMCG / multi-outlet environment

• Professional qualification preferred (ACCA / MIA or equivalent*)

• Proven leadership experience managing teams and driving performance

• Strong business acumen with hands-on experience in:

  • Cost structure & financial optimization

  • Store / outlet productivity analysis

  • Margin and profitability performance

  • Operational finance & business partnering

• Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders

• Proactive, solutions-driven mindset with ability to provide constructive recommendations
