This is a hands-on role where you'll own daily platform operations, plan and execute livestreams, activate affiliates, and turn data into results — all while collaborating closely with enablers, marketing, supply chain, and marketplace teams.
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations across all platforms — listings, pricing, promotions, and visuals
- Plan and execute livestream campaigns, manage hosts, and track KPIs (GMV, conversion rate, engagement)
- Drive campaign and mega-sale activations in coordination with the marketing and creative teams
- Coordinate with affiliates and content creators to expand product reach and boost sales
- Monitor stock movement and conduct demand forecasting to prevent out-of-stock situations
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and deliver data-driven recommendations
Who we're looking for
- Solid understanding of e-commerce and social commerce platforms
- Experience in livestream operations or affiliate marketing is a plus
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and reporting dashboards
- Able to multitask and stay cool-headed in a fast-paced environment
- Commercially minded, proactive, and a strong team collaborator
