• Supervise Security Personnel
• Monitor and manage the daily performance, attendance, discipline, and deployment of security guards to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure Site Security and Safety

Conduct regular patrols and inspections to ensure the premises remain secure and that all security procedures are followed.Investigate security incidents, prepare reports, and escalate critical issues to management promptly.Manage shift schedules, guard replacements, emergency responses, and ensure adequate manpower coverage at all times.Maintain effective communication with clients, management, and relevant authorities regarding security matters, complaints, and operational improvements.

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
