About Us

FERA Training Center is a fast-growing provider of fire safety, emergency response, and industrial safety training in Malaysia. We are proud to be the first NFPA Authorized Exam Provider (AEN) in the country, offering internationally recognized certification preparation courses. Our mission is to empower individuals and organizations with the knowledge and skills to respond effectively in emergency situations. As we continue to expand nationwide, we’re looking for a talented Content Creator to help us drive visibility, growth, and impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute marketing strategies to promote FERA’s training programs
• Design marketing materials such as posters, brochures, and digital content (using Canva or similar tools)
• Manage and grow FERA’s digital presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
• Coordinate and run paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
• Organize and support promotional events, exhibitions, and webinars
• Monitor marketing performance, gather feedback, and adjust strategies accordingly

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year experience in marketing (fresh grads with strong portfolios are welcome)
• Skilled in using social media, Canva, basic design tools, and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English
• Proactive, creative, and able to work independently
• Passionate about education, safety, or public training is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
