Production Admin Assistant
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Production Admin Assistant to support daily production and administrative operations. The role involves coordinating production documentation, data entry, inventory tracking, reporting, and communication between departments to ensure smooth production processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain production reports, records, and documentation
- Perform data entry for production schedules, stock movement, and inventory updates
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, purchasing, and logistics teams
- Monitor raw material and packaging stock levels
- Assist in preparing purchase requisitions and production-related paperwork
- Track production progress and update supervisors on status
- Handle filing, document control, and administrative support
- Assist with attendance records, overtime tracking, and staff documentation
- Ensure accuracy of production data and reports
- Support audits and compliance documentation when required
- Ad Hoc job
Requirements
- Minimum SPM/Diploma in Business Administration, Manufacturing, or related field
- Previous experience in production administration or clerical work is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic computer systems
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Able to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
