Role Description This is an on-site internship role for an Inside Sales Intern based in Bukit Mertajam. The intern will assist the sales team with lead generation, qualifying prospects, and maintaining accurate records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system. Daily tasks include making follow-up calls or emails to potential and existing customers, scheduling product demos or meetings for sales representatives, and preparing basic sales materials or proposals. The Inside Sales Intern will also support market research activities, update sales reports, and collaborate with marketing and technical teams to understand product offerings. The role offers exposure to professional sales processes, customer engagement, and the 3D engineering software industry.

Qualifications

• Interest in sales, customer engagement, and learning inside sales techniques, including lead generation and qualification.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with customers and internal teams.
• Basic proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentation software) and willingness to learn CRM systems.
• Good organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks, follow up on leads, and maintain accurate records.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Interest in CAD/3D technology or engineering solutions is an advantage; training will be provided for motivated learners.
• Ability to work on-site in Bukit Mertajam and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
