We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Air Freight Operations Executive to join our team. If you have experience in logistics and freight forwarding, we welcome you to apply!

Job Responsibilities : -

• Handle daily air freight import and export operations. Coordinate shipments with airlines, agents, customers, and internal teams
• Prepare and monitor shipping documents and customs-related documentation.
• Manage billing, invoicing, and shipment costing
• Respond to overseas agent and customer inquiries promptly
• Track shipment status and ensure timely delivery
• Ensure all operations are carried out according to company procedures and deadlines

Requirements :-

• Experience in freight forwarding or logistics industry preferred
• Knowledge in air freight import/export operations
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Familiar with operational documentation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and email communication
