Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor project activities, schedules, and progress
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal departments
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and quotations
• Handle project costing, budgeting, and forecast planning
• Monitor project expenses and ensure cost control
• Arrange meetings, site visits, and follow-up actions
• Ensure project completion within the timeline and budget

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in project coordination
• Knowledge in costing, budgeting, and forecasting
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Able to work independently and under pressure

Added Advantage:

• Experience in handling suppliers and contractors
