Perform verification on claim and ensure all claims are accurate, complete, and properly supported with relevant documentation
Ensure claims comply with contract terms and company policies
Maintain proper documentation and records of claims
Liaise with subcontractors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies
Prepare and submit verified claims for payment processing
To manage and control all project-related documents in accordance with company policies and procedures; ensure accuracy, version control, traceability and timely distribution to support efficient project execution
Maintain up-to-date records of all documents and ensure proper filing documentation, both in hard copy and digital formats
Ensure all documentation complies with internal quality standards and client contractual requirements
Monitor document versions and revisions to maintain full traceability
Handle all administrative task and follow up matters
To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM/Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
Experience with document control systems and project delivery workflows
Organized, strong communication, coordination and excellent time management skills
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
High level of conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills
Applicants must be willing to work in 3 Two Square, Petaling Jaya.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
