Opportunities

We're looking for enthusiastic sales to help drive revenue growth and focused on client engagement. Successfully close deals through remote interactions and building strong, lasting relationships with clients.

Job Responsibilities:

1. To develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales objectives and targets.

2. To assist the sales manager in leading the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the calibration servicing industry, including targeted industries, regions, and market segments.

3. To cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

4. To collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, presentations, proposals, and promotional materials to support sales efforts.

5. To provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to the sales team, including goal setting, performance management, and professional development.

6. To conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, and use insights to refine sales strategies and tactics.

7. To manage the sales pipeline and forecast accurately, providing regular updates and reports to the management / director.

8. To coordinate with internal departments, including calibration services, operations, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery and fulfillment of customer requirements.

9. To participate in industry events, trade shows, conferences, and networking activities to build brand awareness and generate leads.

10. To negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring alignment with company policies and profitability targets.

11. To stay informed about industry trends, developments, and best practices in sales and marketing.

12. To monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, KPIs, and ROI to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and initiatives.

13. To perform any other duties as determined by the Management, which is considered beneficial to the Company and within your capabilities, without detriment or bringing injury to yourself.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred.

2. Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales or customer service

3. Strong leadership and managerial skills, with experience in leading and motivating a sales team.

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade clients and stakeholders.

5. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on achieving sales targets and objectives.

6. Analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and customer insights to inform sales strategies and decisions.

7. Proficiency in sales tools for pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.

8. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships.

9. Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings, industry events, and business development opportunities.
