• Key Responsibilities
• E-Commerce Operations: Upload product listings, manage inventory, and process orders on platforms like Lazada and Shopee.
• Sales & Promotions: Execute marketing campaigns, flash sales, and manage, vouchers to meet monthly sales targets.
• Customer Service: Handle inquiries and provide engaging service, whether in person or online.
• Retail Duties: Manage POS transactions, stock inventory, and maintain store cleanliness.

Common Requirements

• Experience: Open to fresh graduates; retail or sales experience is a plus.
• Skills: Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, or e-commerce platforms is beneficial.
• Attitude: Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive
