• Manage daily e-commerce operations across platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and company website.
• Handle product listings, including uploading, updating, and optimizing product titles, descriptions, images, and pricing.
• Monitor stock levels, order processing, fulfilment accuracy, and delivery timelines to ensure smooth operations.
• Analyse sales performance, traffic, conversion data, and prepare weekly/monthly reports for management.
• Respond to customer inquiries via online chat and provide excellent after-sales support.
• Collaborate with internal teams (warehouse, design, accounts, customer service) to ensure operational efficiency.
• Live Streaming for 2 slots per day depends on schedule
• Assist senior in any relevant task given

Job Requirements:-

• Prior experience in live streaming, e-commerce, or digital operations is preferred
• Experience with platforms like TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, or Facebook Live is an advantage
• Strong communication and coordination skills to collaborate with hosts, creatives, and marketing teams
• Data-driven with understanding of viewer engagement metrics and live stream analytics
• No camera shy
• Good attitude with full responsibilities , punctuality , work efficiency
• Great team player with minimal supervision
