Admin Assistant
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative processes. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks
Manage documents, filing, data entry, and record keeping
Respond to phone calls, emails, and general enquiries
Support office operations and assist different departments
Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by management
Requirements :
Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration or related field
Previous administrative or office support experience is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn
Job Details :
Position: Full-Time
Working Days: Monday – Friday, Saturday (Alternate)
Location: Klang, Selangor
Salary: RM1,900-RM2,800
Benefits: EPF, SOCSO, Annual Leave, Medical Leave
